The Estate has an in-depth and thorough planning procedure, which has evolved over the years into a comprehensive set of Planning Guidelines.

 

Anyone hoping to build on the Estate needs planning consent from the Residents’ Association.  The Board of Directors uses our Planning Guidelines as a framework to reach a decision on every application.

 

Please note that no building works can take place without prior written approval from the Residents’ Association.
