Dear Resident,
The Residents’ Association in conjunction with the collection company (VPS) will be carrying out a green waste bin audit starting on Thursday 2nd May 2019.
We will be inserting a small scannable disc on all green waste bins which will contain a unique bar code programmed specifically to your property.
This will allow the VPS collection team to scan the disc each time the bin is emptied enabling us to gather data on all bin collections over the next 6 months.
This information is needed in order to manage the costs and continue to provide this service as efficiently as possible.
In order to get the best out of this project, we require ALL of your green garden waste bins (both full and empty) to be outside of your property on Tuesday 2nd May by 7am ready for tagging.
Any bins without a tag may not be collected on the collection days and will be removed permanently.
