Dear Resident
There have been some incidents in the local area recently that indicate a gang of youths on mopeds are targeting houses close to the estate with the intention of breaking in and removing high value but small items. They have been seen in the area of Seven Hills Road and Byfleet road in the last couple of days.
At this time we believe they are travelling together as a group of 3 on dark coloured mopeds and are usually dressed in dark clothing with dark helmets. One individual has been seen wearing a yellow high viz vest with a rucksack under the vest. One individual watches from outside the property while the others attempt to enter.
The police are aware and advise residents to call 101 if they see anything suspicious either inside or outside of the estate. If in immediate danger then call 999
At this time there is no indication they have entered the estate but we must not be complacent. The security patrols have been carrying out constant patrols both inside and outside of the estate and we have additional measures in place to identify any suspicious activity around the boundaries.
