Dear Residents,
Please can we draw your attention to the recent Newsletter with regards to verge maintenance.
The Residents Association own the majority of the verges abutting the roads, it is the responsibility of individual residents to maintain the verge immediately outside of their boundary.
The Association have limited resources and are responsible for maintaining the common areas of the estate. Please do your bit to assist in keeping the estate looking its best.
