Our Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be taking place on Monday 9th March, 7PM at the St George’s Hill Golf Club.
Please Note:
- A member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote, on a poll, in his or her place. The proxy need not be a member of the Company (shareholder).
- No vote may be exercisable by or on behalf of a holder of a share if and so long as all or any part of the estate charge, which shall have fallen due and payable, by that holder remains unpaid.
- To be valid, the instrument appointing a proxy and the power of attorney (if any) under which it is signed must be deposited at the registered office of the Company, 5 Baker Street, Weybridge KT13 8AE, not less than 48 hours before the time of the meeting, which makes the deadline for proxies Saturday 7 March 2020, 7.00pm. Completion of the proxy does not preclude a member from subsequently attending and voting at the meeting in person if he or she so wishes.
If you are not a full shareholder or a registered proxy as above, you will not be entitled to attend the meeting.
