Dear Residents,
In the light of recent Storm Eunice, your Board would like to let you know that the Estate has lost a total of sixteen trees and that a further six trees have lost substantial limbs. Eight of the fallen trees belonged to the Estate and eight of them belonged to residents, which the Estate team assisted in cutting and clearing. Thankfully, there were no injuries.
The Estate staff, led by Paul Scott, worked hard to keep the roads clear on Friday and over the weekend. They are now very busy clearing up the aftermath. The board is extremely grateful, on behalf of all the residents, to Paul and his team, the Alliance team and Paul Emerton for going the extra mile.
