Our Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be taking place on Monday 13th March 2023 , 7.30 pm at the St George’s Hill Golf Club.
The AGM Packs have now been sent out to all shareholders and contain the following documents:
- Notice of St George’s Hill Residents’ Association Limited Annual General Meeting.
- Form of proxy.
- Report of the Directors and Financial Statements for the year ended 30th September 2022.

Please Note:
- A member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote, on a poll, in his or her place. The proxy need not be a member of the Company (shareholder).
- To be valid, the instrument appointing a proxy and the power of attorney (if any) under which it is signed must be deposited at the registered office of the Company, Marie House, 5 Baker Street, Weybridge, KT13 8AE, not less than 48 hours before the time of the meeting, which makes the deadline for proxies Saturday 11th March 2023 7.30 pm. Completion of the proxy does not preclude a member from subsequently attending and voting at the meeting in person if he or she so wishes
If you are not a shareholder or a registered proxy as above, you will not be entitled to attend the meeting.
