In the interest of keeping everyone informed, you may have noticed that demolition of the old estate offices has now been completed.
Temporary offices have been set up in the maintenance yard (at the Brooklands entrance) for the estate team and a single security hut is positioned at the Brooklands Road entrance gate. The Brooklands entrance has remained open and operational throughout and will continue to do so for the duration of the project.
We would like to advise that the estate management contact number (01932 857 832) is currently not active at this time. However, there is no change to the security gates, who can be contacted at any time on 01932 830 402 (Brooklands gate) or 01932 830 401 (Old Avenue gate).
