We would like to inform you that from Tuesday 18th July we will be carrying out remedial tree works on a number of Oaks in Warreners Lane; the works are set to last 3 days.
Whilst the contractors are carrying out these works, they will also be on the lookout for the Oak Processionary Moth nests. Should they find any during the course of their work the nests will be removed.
On Friday 21st July a large Oak tree outside Parklands, Warreners Lane, will unfortunately have to be removed. This is due to the structure of the tree being unsound which will leave the tree in a dangerous state. Replacement trees will be planted during the next planting season.
The road will be open at all times, but due to the nature of works traffic management will be in place.
Please take extra care whilst driving through this area.
