Our Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be taking place on Monday 11th March 2024 , 7.30 pm at the St George’s Hill Golf Club.
The AGM Packs have now been sent out to all shareholders. If you have not yet received your AGM pack or would like an electronic version of the documents, please do not hesitate to get into contact with the office on mail@sghra.com
Please Note:
- A member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote, on a poll, in his or her place. The proxy need not be a member of the Company (shareholder).
- To be valid, the instrument appointing a proxy and the power of attorney (if any) under which it is signed must be deposited at the registered office of the Company, Estate Office, St George’s Hill Estate, West Road, Weybridge, KT13 0LZ, not less than 48 hours before the time of the meeting, which makes the deadline for proxies Saturday 9th March 2024 7.30 pm. Completion of the proxy does not preclude a member from subsequently attending and voting at the meeting in person if he or she so wishes.
If you are not a shareholder or a registered proxy as above, you will not be entitled to attend the meeting.
