Dear Resident,
AGM – Monday 11th March at 7.30pm in the Golf Club
We would like to remind all residents that, as previously highlighted, attendance of the AGM is restricted to registered shareholders or their appointed proxy.
A shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the AGM is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and, if the Proxy Form is returned without indication as to how the appointed proxy shall vote, the proxy may vote in their place. The proxy need not be a member of the Company (shareholder).
Completion of the proxy does not preclude a shareholder from subsequently attending and voting at the AGM in person if they so wish. In this case, the proxy provision would be cancelled by their physical attendance, and the person who has been appointed as their proxy will no longer be entitled to attend the AGM.
Once the formal part of the AGM is concluded, Richard Maundrell (Chief Executive) will present a general update on the estate which all residents are invited to attend. All are also invited to attend the post-AGM drinks.
