Dear Resident,
Further to yesterday’s webpost on the AGM, we would like to clarify that whilst formal attendance at the AGM is restricted to shareholders or their appointed proxy, shareholders or an appointed proxy may be accompanied by their partner. Speaking during the formal part of the AGM (whilst items 1 to 8 of the agenda are discussed) is restricted to only shareholders or their nominated proxy, as is voting. However, once this part of the meeting is completed, all those attending may ask any questions they wish after the Chief Executive’s presentation, and all are invited to attend the post-AGM drinks.
