Residents may wish to be aware that Surrey County Council has published their reasons for refusing the above planning application (as attached below).

These reasons are centred on the larger scale, mass and volume of the proposed development having too significant an impact on the Green Belt.

Should the application be resubmitted, residents should respond on an individual basis.
