Dear Resident,
Following recent events regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have been closely monitoring the NHS and Government advice regarding attending gatherings. At this time, we have decided to continue as normal with the Annual General Meeting of shareholders to be held at the Golf Club on Monday evening 9th March 2020.
We note that the government advice highlights the most vulnerable individuals as being the elderly (over 60) and frequent travellers and a number of residents may fit this profile. Accordingly if you feel unsure or uncomfortable about attending the meeting please feel free to complete a proxy vote (Link to form below) which needs to be received at the Main office, 5 Baker street Weybridge KT13 8AE, no later than 7pm Saturday 7th March 2020. Sending a proxy vote does not preclude you from attending the meeting should you then change your mind.
For anyone that feels unsure about attending the meeting but wants to raise Any Other Business matters please feel free to send your comments to the secretariat by post or email before Monday 9th March 2020 so that they can be considered by the Board of Directors at the meeting.
