We hope you are all keeping well during these testing times.
Following the Prime Ministers recent announcement, we wish to advise that we continue to make the working environment as safe as possible for all members of staff and visitors.
The Maintenance Team continue to work mainly outside, with Paul in the Brooklands Office and out and about in the fresh air.
The office team are currently working on a rota system, to try and ensure there is always someone around to answer your queries.
The office is due to be closed for the Christmas break on 24th December 2021 at 12PM until 4th January 2022 9AM. The security gates can be contacted 24 / 7 over the Christmas period, on 01932 830 402 (Brooklands gate) or 01932 830 401 (Old Avenue gate). Paul and the Maintenance will be around at various times throughout the period and will be on hand out of hours in the event of an emergency.
The dog patrols will be continuing over the Christmas period and into the New Year to assist our Mobile Patrols during the darker winter days.
We would also like to remind residents that you should be checking your own security arrangements for your property.
If you do see any suspicious activity please report this to the Brooklands Security Hut.
We also wish to advise you of the Garden Waste collection days over the Christmas and New Year Period:
Collections will go ahead as normal this week. With garden waste bins being collected on Thursday and Friday.
We have also been able to organise with the contractors for a collection on 30th of December. If you would like to take advantage of this collection, please leave your bin out the night before as the contractors will be collecting in the morning. Please ensure that your bins are brought back into your property, after they have been emptied.
Collections will resume as normal, unless notified otherwise, for the week commencing 3rd of January. With Collections being on a Thursday and Friday, each week.
