To keep you updated, the Planning Application to site a 20-metre-high telecoms mast (2021/0792) has today been removed from Elmbridge Borough Council’s website, as the application has been invalidated.
It has been invalidated on the grounds that within the plans submitted there was an error and conflicting drawings on the location of the proposed mast.
It was raised with Mr Harris, the Case Officer, at a site meeting. Elmbridge BC have now informed Mono, the planning agent.
It is likely that the application will be resubmitted, so we are all still gathering any relative information.
Points to note:
- We will be notified by letter if/when the application is resubmitted.
- All comments previously submitted online will still be valid as part of a resubmission.
- Further objection/comments should wait until/and if a new application is submitted.
- We will have up to 30 days to object to any new submission.
In the meantime, we will all continue to work on all aspects as advised by counsel.
