Dear Residents,
As we have now started to get some lovely summer weather, please can we remind you to be considerate of your neighbours when spending time in the garden, by keeping noise to a minimum where possible. If you are having an outside party consider notifying your immediate neighbours to avoid unnecessary complaints.
Can we also remind all residents that garden machinery, (leaf blowers, strimmer etc) should only be used during normal working hours of 8am (ideally 9am) – 6pm (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). Please advise your gardeners accordingly to avoid unnecessary neighbour complaints. Where possible consider using an alternative to petrol driven garden machinery, such as electric garden tools that are now readily available at a reasonable cost.
