Please be advised that out of respect for fellow residents and other estate users, the taking of Photographs and/or Video is not allowed outside the boundary of any property without the express permission of the Estate Management team. This includes roads, verges and entrances to or from the estate. Any professional filming at a property must be contained within the boundary of the property and the Estate Management Team must be advised at the planning stage to ensure any traffic management can take place.
You are also advised that Drone shoots must also be registered with the Estate Management team as there is a full guidance document to be read and measures to be complied with for both amateur and professional shoots.
