Dear Residents,
Residents’ Open Forum: Monday 6th June
As I said when I arrived, I am keen to be present and accessible to residents to ensure I am well placed to look after your interests and the wider estate. I am delighted to have met so many residents in my Brooklands Gate office, but I appreciate that others may prefer to meet in a more relaxed environment and perhaps outside of traditional working hours.
I therefore intend to hold a Residents’ Open Forum meeting on Monday 6th June, 6pm – 8pm, at the Tennis Club. The aim is to be available to any resident and to be open to discuss any issue or concern. Subsequent meetings will be held at the same time on 20th and 27th June, and 4th and 18th July. If there is sufficient interest, I will maintain this as a twice-monthly commitment going forward from September, when possible.
I am keen to hear whatever is on your mind – either positive or negative. These meetings will also give me an opportunity to explain where we are with a range of issues in more detail than can be covered in the newsletter.
If you have any issue that you wish to discuss, would like to hear more on any estate topic or concern, or would simply like to come along to ‘say hello’ then please do so on Monday 6th June, and / or the other dates listed. I look forward to seeing as many of you as possible.
Best wishes,
Richard Maundrell
SGHRA Chief Executive
