Dear Residents
We are currently in the process of re surfacing a section of South Road, please see attached map for location of work area.
Preparation for this work will take place on Monday 30th September and access to all properties will be maintained at all times, with traffic management in place.
Residents are asked to be extra vigilant while driving through this area.
On Tuesday 1st October, this section of South Road will be closed to all traffic between the hours of 08:00 & 14:00, an exception can of course be made in the event of an emergency or in exceptional circumstances. While the works are being carried out, the access point for all properties south of these works will be the south road gate. Properties to the north of the works will continue to access their properties as normal.
If access is required for any properties within the works area during the proposed closure time please make us aware through the Estate office prior to works commencing.
