Following on from the commentary in the Chairman’s statement in the annual accounts please be advised that the Board, in conjunction with management, have now completed the tender process for the contract to provide security services to the Estate. The successful tenderer was Alliance Security Ltd and we look forward to them taking over the provision of our security services on the Estate from 1 April 2021. We are currently in discussion with Alliance Mobile Security over the provision of additional services such as key holding and we will revert with updated information in the near future. For further clarification purposes please be advised that our incumbent security provider, the Knight Security Group (KSG), are currently providing security services in line with their contract and under a three month notice period.
