One of the resolutions to be discussed at the AGM in March 2024 (as it was deferred from last year’s AGM) is the proposed endorsement of the estate’s Planning Guidelines. The guidance was last endorsed at the AGM in 2006 and, although there is no formal requirement to do so (other than being considered good practice), the resolution will return to this coming AGM next year. The Planning Guidelines were last reviewed in 2017 and since then there have been a number of additions to the document. These changes are highlighted in the current edition of guidance (dated November 2023) in red text.
Shareholders are invited to review the current guidelines as they will be invited to endorse them at the AGM in March 2024.
