Some suggestions for inclusion in any objection are:
- I object to any planning approval which would increase emissions in the light of the impact on climate change, the Council’s stated Climate Emergency and long-term efforts to improve sustainability
- I understand from the Surrey Waste Plan that waste related development in the Green Belt is considered inappropriate except in special circumstances. As I consider that there are no compelling special circumstances, I trust that the Council will reject the application in line with its stated Plan
- This proposal does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area
- This proposal will turn a small, discreet pet cemetary into a major commercial operation within Greenbelt land
- It will create a catalyst for Intensification of industrial use in Green Belt
- There will be Increased pollution through the erection of 5 x 12m+ chimneys emitting unpleasant smoke and odour
- There will be Increased traffic on an already congested minor road
