We have been having trouble recently with Uber drivers arriving at the gate not knowing where they are going and having a confrontation with the gate staff.
The gate staff have limited ability to confirm a visitors genuine intention but one of the measures they use is to ask the house name the person is going to.
To try and assist with this growing trend to use such services we would ask that you inform the driver of the house name or call the gate to inform the staff of an impending visit on:
Old Avenue 01932 830401 or Brooklands 01932 830402.
This may avoid any potential delay in your journey as well as a possible confrontation with the driver.
Please may we remind you that as with any visitor entering the Estate failure to give the valid house name may result in the guard refusing access until the house name can be given.
