Dear Resident
Following some positive meetings with owners within the estate and the owner of land outside the estate (between the estate boundary and the Seven Hills Road), we are pleased to report that respective owners have agreed to either repair damaged fencing or install new fencing in an attempt to deny access routes for the Urban Explorers.
We think this is a positive step forward, and we are grateful for this pro-active and cooperative engagement by the respective owners as it is in the collective interests of all residents.
